Coved kitchen end panels
Kitchen end panels in our coved profile, machined one-piece from moisture-resistant MDF to your exact size. End panels close off the exposed sides of a kitchen run and tie the whole scheme together. We cut them one-piece from MR MDF to the exact panel size you need — flat slab faces that finish to match your doors.
A coved door is a run of parallel concave flutes machined straight across the face — the soft, shadow-filled ribbing that has come back into kitchens and bootrooms, and the one detail that reads as expensive from across a room. Ours is cut into a single sheet of moisture-resistant high-density MDF, so there are no applied mouldings to lift and nothing to telegraph through the paint.
What you get
- Parallel concave flutes at a calculated even spacing
- One-piece ultra-high-density MR MDF — no applied mouldings
- Cutter depth solved to hold an even flat between flutes
- Matches our coved wall panelling — same cutter, same rhythm

Frequently asked questions
What size should an end panel be?
An end panel should cover the exposed side of the carcass plus any overhang you want at the front. Measure the depth and height of the run and enter those sizes — we cut to the millimetre.
Will the end panel match my doors?
End panels are flat slab faces finished in the same board, so once painted or wrapped to the same colour they read as a seamless continuation of the doors.
How big can an end panel be?
Up to 3030mm on the long edge and 1200mm on the short edge, which covers full-height tall-unit end panels.
