Deco shaker
The Deco shaker — also known as a stepped shaker — reworks our classic recessed panel with a terraced, art-deco surround. Instead of a single square shoulder, the margin around the panel steps down in stages: a 2mm riser, a 12mm tread, a 4mm riser, a second 12mm tread, then a final 4mm step to the recessed field — three crisp shadow lines that catch the light like 1930s cabinetry.
Like the rest of the range it's machined from a single sheet of moisture-resistant high-density MDF rather than framed from five pieces, so there are no mitre joints at the corners to crack or shadow through your paint. Set the rail and stile widths to suit the job; the stepped surround and recessed field are profiled to your exact size.
