The fine print
- Prices are shown inc VAT
- Every price is worked out net and VAT is added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Switch between prices with and without VAT at the top of the page — in the menu on a phone. The checkout always shows the net subtotal, the VAT and the total.
- What you see is what you pay
- The configurator reprices instantly as you change the spec. The unit price it shows is the price we charge — there's no quote-back or hidden uplift.
- Rounding & minimum
- Net unit prices are rounded up to the nearest £0.50. A small minimum per door covers machine setup on very small sizes.
- Turnaround changes the price (trade accounts)
- Standard lead time is included. At checkout a trade account can book a scheduled slot for 5% off, or pay 25% more to jump the queue.
- Trade rates apply automatically
- Trade accounts get ex-VAT pricing and a minimum 10% discount; personal accounts pay the list price inc VAT with a 7–10 working-day turnaround. A trade discount comes off your prices automatically once you're signed in.
