Do I need an account?
No. The designer and every download are free with no signup, email or payment.
What file format do I get?
An ASCII STL. It imports into SketchUp Free (web) and SketchUp Pro — use File → Import. Tip: tick “Merge Coplanar Faces” in the import options so the triangles collapse back into clean faces.
What units is the model in?
Millimetres, at the exact dimensions you set in the designer.
What’s included in the model?
The full door body with its real construction detail — pockets, mouldings, grooves and shaped heads. Hinge bores are deliberately excluded to keep the geometry clean for modelling.
Can you actually make the door?
