1. Promoter
The promoter is JoinerySupply Ltd (company number 17295385), registered office Unit 6, Norton's Industrial Estate, Collier St, Tonbridge, TN12 9RR, trading as JoinerySupply (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”).

2. No association with Instagram or Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc. or any of their affiliates. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising in connection with this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to UK-based trade businesses only. To enter, you must be:
- aged 18 or over;
- resident in the United Kingdom; and
- acting in the course of a business — a sole trader, partnership or limited company operating in joinery, carpentry, kitchen or bedroom fitting, shopfitting, building or a related trade.
Entries from consumers, non-trade individuals, and businesses outside the United Kingdom are not eligible and will be discounted. Because the prize takes the form of credit on a trade account, a winner who is not able to hold a JoinerySupply trade account cannot claim the prize.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its group companies, dealers and agencies involved in this promotion, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
We may require reasonable evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria before awarding the prize — for example a company registration number, VAT number, trade references or evidence of trading. If you cannot provide it within 14 days of being asked, your entry will be void and we may redraw.
One person or business may not enter using multiple Instagram accounts. Where we reasonably believe multiple accounts are controlled by the same person or business, we may treat them as a single entrant or discount all associated entries.
4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter.
To enter, comment on the promotional post published on our Instagram account @joinery.supply on 23 August 2026, tagging one other Instagram account in your comment.
One comment containing one tag counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit, subject to clause 4.4.
The following will be discounted and will not count as entries:
- comments that do not tag another Instagram account, or tag an account that does not exist;
- repeated identical or substantially identical comments;
- entries submitted by automated means, bots, scripts, or third-party entry services;
- entries from private, inactive, newly created or bulk-created accounts where we reasonably believe they exist primarily to enter promotions;
- comments that are offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or that promote a competing business.
You are responsible for any costs you incur in entering, including data charges. Entries are not acknowledged individually and we accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, hidden by Instagram’s own filters, or not received for any reason.
By tagging another account you confirm you are not tagging anyone who would object to being tagged. We do not contact tagged accounts as part of this promotion.
5. Entry period
The promotion opens at 11:00 BST on 23 August 2026 and closes at 19:00 BST on Sunday 6 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Comments posted after the Closing Date will not be entered, regardless of when they appear.
6. The prize
There is one prize: £1,500 including VAT of credit applied to a JoinerySupply trade account held by the winner.
The credit may be redeemed against made-to-order doors, cabinetry and related products ordered through JoinerySupply, including delivery charges. It may be used across one or more orders.
The credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is applied to the winner’s account. Any unused balance after that date expires and has no value.
Delivery is included: the credit may be applied to delivery charges as well as to the goods themselves. An order whose total, including delivery and VAT, is at or below the remaining credit costs the winner nothing.
The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable to another person or business, and cannot be sold, auctioned or used as a prize in another promotion. It cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the credit is issued, or combined with any other discount, promotional offer or account credit unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Where the total value of an order, including delivery and VAT, exceeds the credit available, the winner pays the balance in the ordinary way under our standard terms of sale. Orders placed using the credit remain subject to our standard terms of sale, including lead times, tolerances and specification requirements.
The prize is as described. No alternative is available, in whole or in part. In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize and for declaring it as appropriate.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date on Sunday 6 September 2026 — the same evening, after entry has closed and before midnight.
The draw will be conducted by compiling a numbered list of all valid entries and selecting one of them with a computerised random-number generator, which produces a verifiably random result.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner, other than as required by these terms.
8. Notification and claiming the prize
The winner will be notified by direct message from @joinery.supply on Instagram within 3 days of the draw. We may also reply to the winning comment.
The winner must respond and provide the details we reasonably require to award the prize — including business name, contact name, email address, telephone number and business address — within 14 days of the date of the notification message.
If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility criteria, or declines the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and redraw from the remaining valid entries. We will have used reasonable efforts to contact the winner and will bear no further liability.
To receive the prize the winner must hold, or open, a JoinerySupply trade account, and account opening is subject to our standard account application process and terms of sale. The credit will be applied to the account within 14 days of the winner’s details and account being confirmed.
9. Publication of the winner
The surname and county of the winner will be available on request by emailing office@joinerysupply.co.uk for a period of six weeks after the Closing Date.
We may announce the winner on our Instagram account and other channels. If you object to your details being published or reduced to the minimum, please tell us when you are notified — we will comply with a reasonable request, though we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
We may ask the winner to take part in publicity relating to the prize, including photography of the finished work. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
10. Data protection
Personal data collected in connection with this promotion is processed by the Promoter as data controller for the purpose of administering the promotion, selecting and contacting the winner, awarding the prize, and complying with our legal obligations, including the Advertising Standards Authority’s requirements.
We will not use entrants’ data for marketing purposes unless they separately opt in, and we do not share it with third parties except our service providers and as required by law.
Winner data is retained for 6 years for accounting and audit purposes. Non-winning entrant data is not separately stored beyond the Instagram post itself.

11. General
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms, tampered with the operation of the promotion, or acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend this promotion, or these terms, where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside our reasonable control. Any change will be published at joinerysupply.co.uk/1500.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we accept no liability for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from entering the promotion or from accepting or using the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
This promotion is run in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code).
