V-groove wall panelling

V-groove panelling is the cleanest way to get a tongue-and-groove feature wall without the joints. We machine a crisp 1.5mm V at a calculated even spacing across one flat sheet of moisture-resistant high-density MDF, so the lines run dead-straight and parallel with nothing to open or shadow through your paint.

Give us the run width and height and a target groove spacing; we solve the count for equal gaps end to end. A run wider than a single sheet splits into butting panels with the grooves continuing across each join.
