Our doors are built different.
No glue joints. No caulk. Square to ±0.2mm. Ready for primer.
This is our playbook for how we make the best doors we can.
It starts with the tooling...
The quality of a routed profile or MDF pocket starts with the cutting edge of the tool.
We use diamond tooling - custom made for us - and we don't compromise. All of our tooling is fitted to the highest quality German machined toolholders.
This means our tooling can run accurate to 0.003mm - that's ten times finer than a human hair.

...loaded into the right machine
Our primary door machine is a truly industrial grade machine - 5000kgs of solid steel chassis and gantry, moving at up to 1.5m per second.
A rotary tool carousel means we can hold the tooling required to run any of the doors you can specify on the website all at once, without downtime to swap toolsets.
...used on the right material.
We machine our doors from Rezult MR HDF — a moisture-resistant, high-density fibreboard with an exceptionally dense, consistent core.
That density is what lets us rout deep, detailed profiles without the edges crumbling or fuzzing — and it's proven to stay flat and true when other boards would fail.
Prior to 2024, we exclusively used Finsa Hidrofugo. Around this time there was a marked decline in quality, while prices continued to increase. As a result, we now machine 95% of our doors from Rezult. Hidrofugo is still available by request!

The squarest internal corners.
We sampled doors from 6 other suppliers. None had internal corners radius smaller than 3mm. The largest was 6mm.
Ours are <1mm.

Our finishing process.
Every door arrives ready to finish — checked, sanded and eased so your time goes on painting, not preparation.
Inspection lamp
Every door is checked under a raking inspection lamp that throws each surface into relief. This reveals defects that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye, until they reach the sprayshop.

Panel sanding
Panels are first sanded through the grits up to 240g with a random orbital sander. Then the entire panel is flat-blocked by hand, with special attention paid to the corners and inside rails.

Edge sanding
Routed edges are sanded with a three grit progression to 240g. A dedicated edge sander ensures the edge is maintained at a perfect 90deg.

Edge radius
Using a tapered arris radius bit, we put a 1.2mm radius on every edge. The tapered arris ensures there is no chance of a cutter mark or line to the door face that might show through primer.
Made your way
Every door is made to order, to your exact specification. Size, style, rails, midrails, pocketing and hinges — set it all in the configurator and watch the price update live as you go.
See the door in 3D before you commit, spec a whole job on one screen, and track it from our workshop to your door.
