Fitted wardrobe doors are tall and seen up close, so a flat, joint-free face is everything. We machine each door one-piece from high-density MR MDF, up to 3025mm tall, so floor-to-ceiling wardrobes read as one clean run.
A wide cove door is our coved door at a bigger scale: broad, shallow concave flutes about 57mm across, each separated by a fine 3mm flat, machined straight across the face. Where a narrow cove reads as texture, a wide cove reads as architecture — a handful of soft, generous shadows rather than fine ribbing.
